In the unpredictability of a kitchen, director Ellie Papakonstantinou and actors Athena Maximou, Adrian Frieling and Eleftheria Gerofoka set to discover the connection of Sylvia Plath’s poetry with music, goth illustration, female stereotypes... and cooking.
VICIOUSNESS IN THE KITCHEN is choreographed by Amalia Bennett and musician Lambros Pigounis contributes to the actors’ performance with ad hoc musical interludes using his favourite cooking utensils.
The show is based on Sylvia Plath’s audio poem “Three women: A Poem for Three Voices”, which is presented in Greece for the very first time.
